Return Policy:

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, simply send it back for a full refund excluding shipping and handling. You will need an RA # to return your purchase. Email us at customerservice@younmematernity.com with the reason for the return and the item(s) you are returning, along with your invoice number located on your receipt. We will issue you an RA# for you to write on the outside of the return box.

All returned merchandise must be unworn and all tags must be attached. All returns must have RA# written on the box. Regular priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and sale merchandise must be returned within 9 days of receipt. Merchandise 50% or more discounted is final sale and non-returnable.

Undergarments, hosiery, tummy bands, nursing pads, and skin care are non-returnable. Swimwear must have hygienic liner intact and tags attached to return. Please follow the manufacturer's care instructions. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, dry-cleaned, laundered, or tailored.

We ship UPS, In the continental US.

International shipping available upon request, orders shipped outside the U.S. are final.

If you would like to inquire about international shipping, please e-mail us at customerservice@younmematernity.com. It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges, and duty fees. If the item is refused by receiver, you will still be charged original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and custom fees.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday. Most orders placed will ship the following business day if not the day of order. We strive to keep our web site up to date and free of error, but if for some reason an item is out of stock or miss entered, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know as soon as possible.
